Changing Your Speech Bubble

You can change your speech bubble in one of two places. By changing the option in the VORE tab in character set-up, which will be able to save to your character permanently. Alternatively, by using the Select Speech Bubble verb in the OOC tab whilst in-game, but be aware that this is not saved between rounds.

Showing Your Speech Bubble

You may find that you are talking in game, but your speech bubble isn't showing up, and you're not sure how to make it do so. This is likely because you are using the Say or Me verbs to speak, either by typing in the bar at the bottom, or using the option to make a pop up text box appear. To make your speech bubble appear, you need to bring up the Say or Me text boxes by pressing a hotkey. These hotkeys are F3 and F4 when not in hotkey mode, or T and 5 when in hotkey mode, for Say and Me respectively.

The following table lists all of the speech bubble styles that you can choose for your character. Be aware that these scale with your characters sprite size and so may become distorted as you change your character's scale.
