Use at least 5 steel sheets in your hand and build 'frame parts'
 Pick up the frame parts, use it in your hand, then select 'machine'

|}

 Find a building site atop of a wire knot (in front of an APC works well).
 Construct frame parts with the steel sheets.
 Construct a machine frame with the frame parts.
 Wrench the machine frame in place.
 Add the circuit (qauntum pad) to the machine frame.
 Screwdriver the frame.
 Add Cable to the frame.
 Add the Bluespace Crystal to the frame.
 Add the manipulator to the frame.
 Add the capacitor to the frame.
 Add more cable, and the quantum pad should now look complete.
 IMPORTANT: Linking to another quantum pad requires you to copy the buffer data from this quantum pad and vice versa.
 To access the buffer data, use a screwdriver to open the side panel.
 Use a multitool to copy the data (This data is now saved onto your multitool).
 Close the panel with a screwdriver.
 To link back to this teleporter, use the multitool on another quantum pad with the panel '''closed'''.
 The second quantum pad is now linked to the first and will teleport you back to the original. Obtain the buffer data from the second quantum pad, and teleport back to the first, and add this data to the first pad. You have now got a functional two way teleporter.

==Deconstruction==

===Floors===

 Wrench.

===Grille===

{| style="background-color:#EEEEEE" width="400"
!Requires
|-
|[[File:Wirecutters.png|Wirecutters]]
or
[[File:Screwdriver_tool.png|Screwdriver]]
|}

 Use wirecutters twice to destroy the grille OR
 Use screwdriver to unfasten it

First method destroys it, giving two sets of metal rods. Wirecutters will remove it instantly, attacking the grill will instead kick it, requiring a good few kicks. Second loosens the grille, allowing it to be pulled around. Destroying the grill in this method will leave behind a still-secured section of broken grill which may be walked over but is not aesthetically pleasing. Wirecutters will not instantly remove this remnant. However, using a lit welder will destroy it instantly.

To link back to this teleporter, use the multitool on another quantum pad with the panel closed.
The second quantum pad is now linked to the first and will teleport you back to the original. Obtain the buffer data from the second quantum pad, and teleport back to the first, and add this data to the first pad. You have now got a functional two way teleporter.

Deconstruction

Floors

Requires
Crowbar, For light floors: Wirecutters
For all floors, use a crowbar on a floor tile to remove it.

Walls

Requires
Welder, Wrench (Or Crowbar)
Weld off the plating
Wrench the girders apart
(Alternately, you can use a Crowbar to dislodge the girders and drag them out of the way)

Reinforced walls

Requires
Welder, Wrench, Screwdriver, Wirecutters, Crowbar

Wirecutters.
Wrench.

Grille

Requires
Wirecutters
or
Screwdriver
Use wirecutters twice to destroy the grille OR
Use screwdriver to unfasten it

First method destroys it, giving two sets of metal rods. Wirecutters will remove it instantly, attacking the grill will instead kick it, requiring a good few kicks. Second loosens the grille, allowing it to be pulled around. Destroying the grill in this method will leave behind a still-secured section of broken grill which may be walked over but is not aesthetically pleasing. Wirecutters will not instantly remove this remnant. However, using a lit welder will destroy it instantly.

Glass panels

Requires
