Black Eyed Shadekin	Does not need a spacesuit to survive in a vacuum.	Does not breathe. Note: This means they can not be sedated by anaesthetic gas.	Immune to cold, resistant to heat.
Diona	Does not need a spacesuit to survive in a vacuum.	Does not need to breathe.	Heavily resistant to cold, very resistant to heat.
Promethean	Needs a spacesuit for vacuum. Damaged by water.	Does not breathe, clothes can still be contaminated by phoron and cause toxin damage.	Less resistant to cold and heat.
Protean	Does not need a spacesuit to survive in a vacuum. Slightly more resistant to high pressure.	Does not breathe.	Less resistant to cold and heat.
Skrell	Needs a spacesuit for vacuum.	Breathes air.	Less resistant to cold, more resistant to heat.
Synthetics	Needs a spacesuit for vacuum.	Does not breathe, but needs goggles to protect their eyes from phoron.	Normal range, will overheat in a spacesuit unless equipped with a suit cooler.
Tajaran	Needs a spacesuit for vacuum.	Breathes air.	More resistant to cold, less resistant to heat.
Teshari	Needs a spacesuit for vacuum.	Breathes air, but can handle lower air pressure.	Very resistant to cold, much less resistant to heat.
Vox	Needs a spacesuit for vacuum, but is more resistant to low pressure otherwise.	Breathes phoron, oxygen is poisonous to them.	Very resistant to cold.
Vulpkanin	Needs a spacesuit for vacuum.	Breathes air.	Slightly resistant to cold.
Zaddat	Needs high pressure to survive, requires a specialised pressure suit to survive at normal atmospheric pressure.	Breathes nitrogen.	Normal range.
